Cute Wallpaper Backgrounds
If you've got some extra wallpaper that is really pretty, you can cut this and use it for your borders. This is an especially good free scrapbooking idea if you have nursery wallpaper or border left over. You can use the cute wallpaper for borders on your children's pictures or you could cut out any characters and use those on the pages as well.
