Windows Vista was hailed as being a revolution in computing technology when it was first released in 2007, but has quickly become known for its sluggish speed and bloated features. Unfortunately, this version of Windows was used as an "experiment" to test whether lots of bulky features would prompt people to upgrade their PCs. This test failed, as many people installed Vista on inadequate computers, causing them to run slow as a result.
